With more than 30 years of Project Management experience, Bill is a leader in Information Technology Software, Infrastructure, Security and Change Control projects. He is results-oriented and has a "can-do" attitude, with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.  He has managed cross-functional IT and business teams by providing leadership, organization, and focus on objectives including preparation of Project Plans that included timeframes, resource allocation, escalation, risk and test plans and has expert knowledge of project and change management software, including ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, Jira, Heat, Azure DevOps and SmartSheet and methodologies including Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, DevOps, SDLC, and ITIL.
